How Referrals Work
Association of Youth Mentors offers a referral commission program. A flat-rate referral commission is awarded for the first two months when your referral begins mentoring through the platform.
Example referrer tiers include 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 referees — with higher tiers unlocking increased rewards.
