Referral Commission — We Are Youth Mentors

How Referrals Work

Program material references a flat-rate referral commission awarded first two months only.

Example referrer tiers include 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 referees — with higher tiers unlocking increased rewards.

Referral rewards exist; details depend on program terms; full breakdown available on request / in mentor onboarding.
