Go to the Association of Youth Mentors website and select "Register Your Child". Create an account for your child (under-18s require parental consent).
Complete the Profile
Complete the mentee profile for your child — interests, goals, and reasons for mentoring.
Get Matched
Browse mentors, review profiles, and send connection requests. Once matched, mentoring begins through the platform.
Monitor & Support
Check in with your child and monitor activity. Encourage regular communication and use of the mentoring support available.
Share Feedback
Provide feedback on the mentoring relationship and share success stories to help us improve.
For Youth
Sign Up
Go to the Association of Youth Mentors website and select "Become a Mentee". Create an account.
Build Your Profile
Complete your mentee profile — interests, goals, and what you want from mentoring.
Find a Mentor
Browse mentors and send connection requests based on your needs and preferences.
Start Mentoring
Once matched, message or video chat through the platform. Communicate regularly and give feedback on the relationship.
